We consult with our sellers regularly in the pre-listing preparation of their homes. When a seller is open to the idea of investing a little bit into the home before listing it, they truly can maximize the return on their investments.
Many sellers aren’t willing or able to take a DIY approach to some of our most-recommended home updates. So, much of the time, our sellers leverage our curated list of carefully vetted local vendors. This allows sellers to accomplish a pre-listing home refresh in partnership with me (their listing agent) and trusted, local companies that I help oversee.

Staging
When our listings will be vacant at the time of list or even if the seller’s belongings don’t meet modern buyer expectations, we often turn to Home Staging by Lisa for her expert eye.
