Mike handled the sale of my house. Overall I could not ask more from a realtor. He brought me 3 great offers all within $5k of each other. I signed a contract with him to list my property but the time frame was somewhat fluid due to the delivery date of our new home. The first offer he brought even before the house was on the MLS which I could not take due to timing. Second great offer also could not accept due to timing of my new home. Third was the charm. Mike is low key, which was a good complement to me and my husband’s type A personalities and listened judiciously to my occasional rants about issues that came up. Mike also saved me when I had one day while a new sump pump was being installed during the showing phase that the new sump had not arrived and we were having major storms. I called him just as he was settling in for the Cub’s playoff game and he ran over and put a temporary sump in just in case. Now that is responsive! Mike listened to my goals and objectives and handled my home accordingly. For a complex situation, Mike was a good choice for me.
